Digital Printing refers to methods of printing from a digital based image directly to a variety of media. It is on demand printing and takes short turnaround times.

Our Digital Presses

We can print on the following paper:

Size: 98mm x 146mm – 330mm x 720mm.
Grammage: 60gsm – 350gsm.
Coated and uncoated (Matt or Gloss) as well as other substrates (subject to testing).

Application Methods

We have the ability to apply gold or silver metallics as well as apply a high quality varnish (machine clear dry toner varnish) during our printing process. If you have other application queries feel free to contact us further.


Address on Envelopes

A full service mailing bureau CIM has taken the initiative to print the addresses onto the envelopes instead of printing it onto stickers or using window envelopes. Direct mail marketing campaigns look slicker and more appealing.

VDP harnesses computer databases and digital print devices and highly effective software to create high-quality, full colour documents, with a look and feel comparable to conventional offset printing.

Document Customisation

Variable data printing enables the mass customization of documents via digital print technology, as opposed to the ‘mass-production’ of a single document using offset lithography. Instead of producing 10,000 copies of a single document, delivering a single message to 10,000 customers, variable data printing could print 10,000 unique documents with customized messages for each customer.
